Shannon
Office Manager
With 27 years ofexperience in dental healthcare, Shannon is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and support. After spending 15 years as a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, she transitioned into practice administration andhas proudly servedas Office Manager for Dr. Nabors for the past decade. Shannon loves connecting with patients, helping them feel at ease, and ensuring they have thebest possible dental experience from start to finish. When she’s not at the office, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting waterfalls and rivers,and exploring all things vintage and historic.
Anita
Dental Insurance Coordinator
Anita is from Arlington TN where she haslived her entire life until moving to Okaloosa County in August 2023. She has over 3 decades of dental insurance experience and front desk duties. She is passionate about the dental industry andshe is always available to help with your dental needs.She and her husband of23 years love working out together, playing pickleball, and going to the beach.
Sylvia
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sylvia has been a hygienist for over 30 years. Over the years, she has had the privilege of meeting a great deal of wonderful people. She loves the friendships she has made along the way. Sylvia enjoys teaching patients how to improve their oral health along with helping them understand treatment recommendations. She and her husband decided to retire in the Niceville area in 1998 after moving with the Air Force for a little over 20 years. In her spare time, she loves to run, swim, bike, and relax with yoga.
Kendall
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kendall is a registered dental hygienistand valued staff member. She is a favorite among our patients as she exudespositivity and compassion. Kendall has been in dentistry over 15 years and hasspent 6 years as a hygienist with Dr. Nabors caring for dental patients and isknown specifically for her gentle touch and attention to detail.
Kendall uses her kind nature to effectively helpeducate patients about preventative care of their teeth. She grew up along the Florida panhandle and earned her degree at Pensacola State College. Outside ofher hygiene profession, you’ll find her at the beach or on a boat enjoying thesunshine while searching for the next outdoor adventure with her husband and children.
Tracy
Registered Dental Hygienist
With more than 15 years of experience in the dental profession, Tracy brings extensive knowledge and a patient-centered approach to dental hygiene care. She began her career as a dental assistant before advancing her education and earning hercredentials as a registered dental hygienist. Tracy is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through preventive care,education, and personalized treatment.
She enjoys building trusting relationships with her patients and empowering them with the knowledge they need to support lifelong oral health. As part of her commitment to dentaleducation, Tracy visits local schools during Dental Health Month to teach children the importance of healthy dental habits and proper oral hygiene.
Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys traveling,spending time with her family, and supporting her children’s activities as aproud band and softball mom.
Faith
Registered Dental Hygienist
Faith earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from University of Arkansasand has been practicing dental hygiene for seven years. Originally from Oklahoma, she is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles while building meaningful relationships through conversation and personalized care. Faith’s favorite part of her profession is getting to knowher patients and creating a comfortable, positive experience at every visit.She believes that trust, education, and genuine connection are key to excellentdental care.
Outside the office, Faith enjoys reading,golfing, playing pickle ball, and spending time with her dog, Birdie.

Olga
Registered Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
We're thrilled to introduce (or reintroduce!) you to Olga,an indispensable member of our team! Olga embarked on an inspiring journey sixteen years ago, moving from Belarus to the United States. Driven by apassion for helping others, she pursued dentistry, graduating from the Northwest Florida State College Dental Assisting program in 2018. For over four years, Olga has been an invaluable asset to Dr. Nabors' practice. Her dedication to patient well-being is remarkable; she approaches everyinteraction with meticulous care, ensuring your comfort and understanding. Outside the office, Olga enjoys a vibrant life, embracing travel, outdoor activities, and cherished moments with her family. Her positive energy enrichesour team and everyone around her.
Alex
Registered Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Alexandra is from Oklahoma, and growing up, she lived on a ranchand rode horses as her sport. She moved to Florida in 2020 and is following inher grandmother’s footsteps as a dental assistant. Alexandra graduated from theNorthwest Florida Dental Assisting Program in 2022. In her free time, she likesto run, go to the beach and play pickle ball.
